TCB v3.1.0 – Release Notes  

1. Deposit Threshold Email Notifications  

Automated notifications have been introduced for all CPG and Authorized Partner administrators when deposit utilization reaches key thresholds:  

• 80% of the deposit limit: A first alert email is sent.  

• 90% of the deposit limit: A follow-up notification is triggered.  

This enhancement ensures admins are promptly informed, allowing proactive action before the deposit limit is reached.  

 2. Master Offer File (MOF) Change Notifications  

Automated email notifications are now sent to all CPG, Authorized Partner, and Provider administrators whenever a Master Offer File (MOF) is updated.  

Each notification includes a detailed summary of the changes, clearly highlighting before-and-after values for full transparency and traceability.  

3. Update Campaign (MOF) Metadata Enhancements  

Improved Metadata Input & Display  

Metadata input fields now support special characters ($, ¢, , , ), accented letters, and proper text wrapping.  

• Key affected fields: Coupon Title, Offer Description, Sub-Description, Terms of Use, Cents Off Amount, and Campaign Images.  

Enhanced Accuracy & User Interface  

• Improved support for high-resolution image formats (JPEG, PNG).  

• Standardized data entry ensures consistent formatting, improved accuracy, and a more polished UI/consumer display.  

4. API Enhancements and additions  

Deposit Serialized GS1s API enhancement 

• Providers can now deposit up to 2,000 serialized data strings for use in print in a single API request.  

New Provider API – Generate Print Circulation  

• Providers can request up to 1 million serialized data strings for use in print via API (1 million per request).  

• All deposited GS1 data strings are available for download via the file_url provided in the API response.  

Redeem Serialized GS1s API enhancement 

• A new attribute, no_purchase_requirement, has been added to the Redemption API. When this attribute is set to “yes”, the redemption response will exclude purchase requirement details.  

5. Test Deposited are now redeemable  

Previously, up to 10 deposits were allowed on future campaigns for testing purposes, but these coupons were not redeemable, limiting the ability to complete the testing process. Now, all test deposits for future campaigns are redeemable.  

6. Bug Fixes  

MOF “Printable Format” Function Issue  

• Resolved an issue preventing Level 2 Authorized Partners from retrieving MOF details via PDF.
