TCB V3.0.0 - Release Notes - 17th July, 2025
New Enterprise Settings User Interface
"Partner Management" and "Permissions Management" are now under "Enterprise Settings," streamlining multiple screens for a better user experience. Users will find four familiar tabs at the top when clicking on "Enterprise Settings."
Store location management
Retailers and Accelerators can now manage store locations from their Enterprise Settings page, providing a convenient way to communicate store locations to partners.
Cancel Master Offer File
This cancellation feature, only available to Print coupons (coupon format 1), allows for any print coupon with or without deposits to be cancelled as long as no redemptions have occurred. This action must be performed by The Coupon Bureau.
When a cancellation occurs, all deposits associated with that offer will be rendered invalid and not available for redemption.
Distribution Provider Edit Access
To improve partner access to Master Offer Files, Distribution providers can now help manage (edit) Master Offer Files that were not created by them.
When set to a Level 2 Authorized Partner level, Distribution providers will gain access to edit Master Offer Files assigned to them as a Distribution Provider.
Dashboard Reports
In this release, we have enhanced the Dashboard Reports by separating Digital and Print Coupons into distinct sections. These updated dashboards are now available for Manufacturers, Authorized Partners, and Providers, making it easier for enterprises to view and analyze coupon performance by type. This separation improves clarity and helps stakeholders better understand and manage their coupon data
MOF Download Report Updates
The MOF (Master Offer File) Download Report CSV now includes additional fields to provide more visibility into rollback activity. The newly added fields are:
Rollback Count – Number of rollback actions triggered for the offer code.
Rollback Timestamp – The time when each rollback was processed.
Coupon Format 1 – Print Overage Support
Print coupon offers using Coupon Format 1 now support an overage allowance of up to 15% beyond the defined circulation for deposits.
Email Notifications for Deposit Thresholds
The platform now sends automatic email notifications to all admins of the provider when coupon deposits reach key thresholds:
80% deposited
90% deposited
These alerts help providers monitor deposit progress in real time and take timely action if needed. This notification logic also applies to providers with custom circulation values.
Add Campaign Metadata in MOF
Manufacturers can now add campaign metadata directly from the UI using the “Update Campaign Metadata” option available under MOF Actions. This feature allows for easier tagging and management of offers with relevant campaign information.
Metadata includes:
Title - This text is intended to be used as the title of the coupon
Description - This text is intended to be used as the offer details of the coupon (ex. Valid on any TWO products, excluding travel-sized products)
Terms - This text is intended to provide the legal terms and conditions of the coupon.
Mobile Image URL
Desktop Image URL
Dollar amount - This text is intended to provide the savings value to the consumer.
Campaign Status Update
To provide better clarity, when a campaign reaches its Campaign Date, its status will now automatically update and display as “Campaign Ended” in the UI, previously labeled, “Expired.”
API Enhancements – Manufacturer & Provider Access
New Manufacturer API
Manufacturers can now assign/unassign MOF Edit Access for a Level 2 Authorized Partner
New Provider APIs
Connected Manufacturers: Providers can now retrieve a list of manufacturers they are connected to.
Authorized Master Offer Files: Returns MOFs authorized for the provider, filtered by the Manufacturer.
Bug Fixes
Dashboard vs Report Mismatch: Redemption data shown in the dashboard did not match the data in downloaded reports.
Webhook Notifications: Provider webhooks were not delivering the expected MOF_DELETE and PROVIDER_UNASSIGN webhook events.
