TCB Version 2.0.1
Custom Circulation from UI
Overview
This release introduces the Allocate Custom Circulation feature within the TCB Platform's user interface (UI). This new capability enables manufacturers to assign Custom Circulation to specific providers directly from the Master Offer File (MOF) within the UI. Custom Circulation is a strategic distribution method where manufacturers designate certain providers to distribute a predetermined number of coupons to targeted consumer segments. This approach ensures that coupon distribution is both targeted and controlled, aligning with marketing goals and maximizing effectiveness.
Steps to Assign Custom Circulation from UI
Step 1: Assign a provider to the selected Master Offer File by clicking on the 'Action' tab and selecting 'Manage Provider.
Step 2: Click on the assigning provider's 'Action' tab and select 'Allow Provider Access.'
Step 3: Once the provider is assigned, select the assigned provider's 'Action' tab and choose 'Custom Circulation.'
Step 4: Enter the custom circulation count in the 'Enter custom circulation' field and click on the 'Update' button.
Step 5: Edit/Delete custom circulation
To edit the custom circulation, enter the custom circulation in the 'Enter custom circulation' field and click on the 'Update' button.
To delete the custom circulation, click on the 'Delete Custom Circulation' button.
Key Changes
New UI Feature: Previously, Custom Circulation could only be assigned via API. With this release, manufacturers can now manage Custom Circulation assignments directly through the TCB Platform's UI.
User-Friendly Interface: The new UI is designed for ease of use, enabling manufacturers to allocate and edit custom circulations efficiently.
Offline Redemption
Overview
In this release, we are introducing the Offline Redemption feature for redeeming serialized GS1s from the retailer/accelerator. This enhancement includes a new flag, "Offline," in the Redeem Serialized GS1s API from the retailer/accelerator. The supported values for the offline attribute are "yes" or "no." Only coupons that fail to redeem with the mode set to "Offline" will be considered offline redemptions. All successful redemptions with the mode set to "Offline" will still be considered normal redemptions and will not fall under the offline redemption category. If the coupon redemption fails due to various error conditions, the information will be stored in an offline redemption database. This database is accessible to both manufacturers and clearinghouses for offline settlement, ensuring precise and efficient processing of offline coupon redemptions. Additionally, it is crucial to note that the "pre_process" attribute value and the "Offline" attribute value cannot both be set to "Yes" at the same time.
Key Changes
from UI:
from Manufacturer and Authorized Partner
Introduction of 'Download Offline Redemption Report':
We have introduced a new feature in the View Master Offer Files section of Manufacturer and Authorized Partner Accounts: the 'Download Offline Redemption Report' button. This button allows users to download a CSV file that provides detailed data on the types of coupons redeemed offline for selected Master Offer files.Dynamic Visibility Based on Redemption Activity:
The availability of the 'Download Offline Redemption Report' button is dynamically controlled. It is enabled only when the selected Master Offer has redeemed coupons offline at the time of access. If no coupons have been redeemed offline, the button remains hidden. This enhancement ensures that users can efficiently verify and analyze offline coupon redemption activities, promoting transparency and effective management of coupon distribution strategies.

Enhanced Reporting / Dashboard
We have upgraded our reporting module, enhancing our analytics dashboard to provide near real-time data instead of the previous 2-hour delayed dashboard data. Additionally, we've revamped our Master Offer File (MOF) UI, which now displays near real-time redemption counts, replacing the earlier 2-hour delayed count. The MOF list also now includes the number of coupons redeemed offline.
