Integration with Freshdesk Ticketing System

STAGE: Released in Production
  1. Integration of Freshdesk support chat in the TCB portal to report any issues.

  2. Creation of a Freshdesk ticket internally by TCB upon receiving an issue report via the chat integration.

  3. Display Open/Pending/Resolved tickets in the TCB portal under the Tickets tab.

  4. Access to the conversations happening in each ticket.

  5. Addition of two new APIs, namely /tickets and /tickets/{id}/conversations, in the common API section to extract information and integrate with your own ticketing system.
